Usually we will ship via DHL, FEDEX,USPS, ARAMEX, UPS, EMS .
Due to some customs issues, some countries we may ship through EUB. The purpose is to avoid being imposed tariffs.
*How long does shipping take?
As usual, it takes 7-20 business days after we ship out ur goods. We will carry out strict quality controls on your goods and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours if our goods are in stock.
Usually, we will use DHL,FEDEX,USPS,UPS for delivery (About 7-20 days).
We also provide faster shipping,usually is about 7-13 working days and shipping cost is $59 for each pair.(Except for Balenciaga styles and remote areas)
You can choose to go through standard shipping or faster shipping when placing an order.

2. I ordered multiple items from online, but only received one. Where are the rest of the shoes?
All shoes are shipped separately（one pair one shipping package）. If you only receive part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on the rest of the items soon.
3. What do I do if tracking is telling me my label has been created, but it's not telling me where it is?
There are two things that can be happening. 1) The shipment is being processed currently or 2) The carrier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. 4. I’m on the tracking page but my order isn’t showing up, what’s going on?
Orders that haven't been shipped or scanned by the carrier won't show up on the tracking page. Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear.
