How to handle it?

Do not honor

The cardholder needs to contact the card issuing bank to explain that the payment is made by himself, and let them release the payment. If still failed,you can try again or contact us for help.

Pending

The bank is reviewing the deduction, and generally returns success or failure within 24 hours. You can contact the bank and tell them this is your authorized payment and let them release it as soon as possible.

And check the deduction status again after 24 hours. If it succeeds, we will arrange the shoes for you. If it fails, you can try to pay by card again or pay by other methods.

High-risk

Please provide a photo of the credit card (the number in the middle of the card can be blocked, keep the first four digits and the last six digits of the card number), and we will provide the photo to the bank to facilitate the successful deduction.
